3. Third-Party Data Sharing Disclosure (4 Parties)

Not all data remains private to Webappzo. To provide cutting-edge AI capabilities, resilient cloud backups, and real-time multiplayer features, we transmit specific payloads to four categories of third-party vendors:

Party 1: Cloud & Database Hosting Infrastructure

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & PocketBase (bdpro.in)

Persistent database collections, user profiles, encrypted password hashes, and deletion logs are securely hosted on private PocketBase instances at pocketbase.bdpro.in on hardened cloud compute instances.

Party 2: AI & LLM Inference APIs Machine Learning

Sarvam AI & Google Gemini API

Used primarily within Suraj Legal AI and Webappzo AI tools. Your prompts and draft queries are transmitted directly to model inference endpoints. In accordance with enterprise API policies, prompt data is processed ephemerally and is not used to train public foundation models.

Party 3: Real-Time Multiplayer Networking WebSockets

Colyseus Multiplayer Game Servers

Used to power Emoji Warz. Ephemeral in-memory game room data, player coordinates, session pings, and real-time game inputs are synced across clients and discarded after game matches terminate.

Party 4: Edge Security, DNS & CDN Edge Shield

Cloudflare & Edge Gateways

Edge routing, DDoS defense, SSL/TLS handshake enforcement, and temporary bot-mitigation IP evaluation. IP addresses are analyzed in volatile memory to safeguard all Webappzo properties against malicious traffic.

4. Application-Specific Data Protocols

For Suraj Legal AI Users:

Legal drafting templates and case fact summaries entered into Suraj Legal AI are processed via Sarvam AI and Gemini APIs solely for prompt completion and document generation. We do not index your client names or private legal case facts for marketing.

For Emoji Warz Players:

Emoji Warz collects public player handles, match scores, and multiplayer event state. Match sessions are ephemeral; leaderboard records are stored in PocketBase.

Right to be Forgotten

5. Account Deletion & Permanent Purge

You maintain full sovereignty over your account. Submitting a deletion request immediately logs an irreversible purge request directly into our central database at pocketbase.bdpro.in and alerts our management inbox at thebakshicompany@gmail.com.

Timeline: Public access is cut instantly. Database rows and backups are scrubbed within 30 days.

Downstream cleanup: Colyseus match rooms close immediately; AI inference history is not maintained.
