Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing any Webappzo platform, application, or associated API, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, active email information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that take place under your Webappzo account.

3. Acceptable Use & AI Interaction

You agree not to misuse Webappzo services, including but not limited to:

Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or reverse-engineer the platform.
Submitting illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious content into AI APIs.
Executing automated rate-limit abuse or denial of service attacks.

4. Third-Party Data Transmission Notice

You acknowledge that Webappzo integrates with 3 to 4 third-party providers (hosting, inference models, diagnostics, and firewall infrastructure). By using our services, you grant permission for necessary data transmission to these partner services to execute requested tasks.

5. Account Termination & Deletion Schedule (6-Month Clause)

Users may request account deletion at any time via our official deletion portal or by contacting thebakshicompany@gmail.com.

Mandatory Deletion Period: To satisfy security validations, dispute resolution protocols, and redundant database cycles, Webappzo requires at least 6 months (180 days) from the date of submission to permanently purge user account records and associated logs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webappzo and its operators shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party provider outages, or data processing latency.
